Possena: an AI website that shows its value in the first minute

  5. What we make for software and AI

Possena is Project 66's own software company: an AI product that builds an application package for one specific job, a tailored resume, a cover letter and a check of the fit. Its website, product films and search setup are our work for software and AI companies.

The starting point

Most AI websites sound the same: a purple gradient, "supercharge your career with AI-powered solutions", a grid of features and a "Book a demo" button. Visitors leave knowing it's AI, and little else. And they decide fast: if they can't see what the product does for them in the first minute, they close the tab.

The website, page by page

We rebuilt a typical AI website, page by page, as the Possena website, around one journey: from landing to trying it free.

A typical AI homepage: Supercharge your career with AI-powered solutions, a purple gradient, Book a demo, and a row of vague feature cards.
Before: a typical AI homepage. Buzzwords, a gradient and a "Book a demo" button. Visitors leave knowing it is AI, and little else.
The Possena homepage: Find remote jobs that match my experience, strengths and ambitions, with the starting box right there.
Homepage. Buzzwords became one sentence in the visitor's own words, so they recognise themselves at once.
A book-a-demo form above the Possena starting box: a sentence about where you want to go, a job link and a resume.
The first step. A demo form became one box. Visitors start using the product right there, without waiting for a sales call.
A row of AI-powered feature cards above the first page after sign-up, showing real roles picked for one person.
Features. "AI-powered matching" is a claim anyone can make. The page shows real roles picked for one person, each marked as a strong fit or worth a look.
A smart insights circle above the Possena resume score: 68, your experience is stronger than this resume shows.
Insights. "Smart insights" became the resume score the product gives, so visitors feel what it could do for their own resume.
A row of buzzword benefits above generic resume phrases crossed out and rewritten for one job.
Benefits. Phrases that could be on anyone's resume are crossed out and rewritten into what the person actually did.
A feature list of integrations and security above a finished resume and cover letter.
Feature list. Integrations and security became the thing people came for: a finished resume and cover letter.
A Ready to transform your career section with Book a demo, above Join Possena for free.
The last section. "Book a demo" became "Join Possena for free", no card required, so the next step costs nothing and needs no call.

The five-second brief

The brief: "Explain our AI product in five seconds, to someone who has never heard of it. No demo call, no manual, one scroll." The video opens with a line the viewer already feels, every job wants a different you, so they recognise their own problem before they see the product. Then it shows the product doing the work, with each step on screen long enough to follow. A cliché on a resume is crossed out and replaced with a real achievement. It ends on "Join Possena for free", with nothing between the viewer and trying it.

Possena in five secondsThe brief: explain an AI product in five seconds to someone who has never heard of it. Every job wants a different you; paste a job, add a resume, see the roles that fit, watch a cliché rewritten, and join for free.

The product film

Possena: the product film. The product film: say what you want next, paste the job, add your resume, see the roles worth your time and why they fit, then a resume and cover letter written for this job.

What we make for software and AI companies

  • Homepages and landing pages that show the product's value in the first minute
  • Product demo videos and short product reels
  • A free first step instead of "Book a demo"
  • Pages written so ChatGPT and Google's AI can explain the product correctly

We make a product's value clear and help sell it. We're not a full software development studio, but we can build parts of a product when a project needs it, such as forms, lessons or sign-up flows. See it all on the software and AI page, or read how to make your software's value clear in the first minute.
